Using the Web App

The web app is the primary interface for customers to manage devices, sessions, and logs.

Fleet

  • Environments: Production, Testing, Development.
  • Status badges: Online, Offline, Maintenance, Error.
  • Filters: type, environment, status, search.
  • Device detail: metrics, current session, recent logs, actions (e.g., start session, commands if enabled).

Sessions

  • Table of recent sessions with device, start time, duration, status.
  • Actions:
    • Files: opens file manager for artifacts.
    • Logs: opens log view scoped to the session.
  • Filters: device, status, date range, capsule.

Logs

  • Real-time stream with auto-scroll toggle.
  • Filters: device, session, module, log level, date/time, text search.
  • Export: CSV/JSON of the filtered view.
  • Row expand: full context (logger, thread, metadata).

Tips

  • Filter by session when troubleshooting to avoid noisy logs.
  • Use date/time filters to narrow to the current run.
  • Turn off auto-scroll if you need to inspect a past entry.

Files & Artifacts

  • Hierarchical view of session artifacts (logs, data, screenshots, telemetry).
  • Download per file; preview images where supported.

Roles & access

  • Access follows your account permissions; contact your admin if you cannot see a device or session you expect.
